Alison Noble MCSP, SRP, MSC, Sports Medicine
Alison qualified in 1991 as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Pinderfields College of Physiotherapy. She worked in NHS hospitals, attended many courses, then specialised in musculo-skeletal injuries. She gained a first class in her masters degree in Sports Medicine at Nottingham University in 2001. Her thesis was based upon the effects of hydration on human performance.

She worked in the Sports Injuries clinic at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club and then for Notts County Football Club until the birth of her son in 2004.

Her clinical interests are musculo-skeletal and lower limb injuries, spinal and sacro iliac problems and their rehabilitation, using muscle energy techniques, pilates, exercise and manual therapy.

Her interest in sports medicine stems from a life long interest in sport and participation in distance running and athletics.

She is also qualified in Acupuncture for pain, having completed an 80 hour foundation course as the beginning to her Masters in Physiotherapy.

Natalie worked for a short time in Sunderland as a musculo-skeletal physiotherapist before returning to Lincoln to work as a pitch side physio for Lincoln Rugby Club.

Trish Wintersgill ITEC, IIHHT, FA Qualified, Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapits
Trish initially qualified in massage at Lincoln College in 1998; but being an active person with a keen interest in sports, she returned to college in 2000 to complete her qualification in Sports Massage.

Her early experience was gained through working with Lincolnshire football clubs, both male and female, playing at local, county and national level. This led to her gaining a further qualification from the FA in 2004 and completing further courses in soft tissue massage techniques.

In addition to her focus on football, Trish has also gained valuable experience working with other sports, including running and triathlon, whilst not losing her roots in therapeutic and relaxing soft tissue massage therapy.
