All treatments provided will be done so by a Chartered and State Registered Physiotherapist or in the case of massage therapy or Pilates by appropriately
qualified staff.

First appointments will last approximately 30 minutes.
This will entail an initial assessment in the form of a clinical examination
as well as a discussion about symptoms, findings and treatment protocol.

Follow up appointments will be discussed with your therapist
and the appropriate session time will be arranged.

Any treatment required will be explained fully and begin at the next appointment.

You will also be provided with self-care excises, which you can do at home.
